Finishing Salt Tasting

In July of 2005, a group of brave individuals gathered at Wyndhavyn
for a tasting of 16 salts in 5 flights and a cold lunch.
Tasters were asked to evaluate the salt based on its flavor alone
and on a selection of food - here is the menu.

Flight One – White Sea Salt

Flight Two - Red/Pink Salt

Flight Three - Flake Salt

Flight Four – Flower & Kosher

Flight Five – Crystal & Grey
